Bad Business

Artist Thomas Kinkade paints bland, fluffy landscapes that I don't like. I would consider him to be utterly un-noteworthy as an artist, except for the fact that I watched the predatory business practices of his studios as they were used on my grandparents. Thanks to their dishonest sales pitch, I despise the fellow.

I loathe Monsanto for similar reasons. I don't have the information to say whether or not their GM foods are safe to eat, or their practices are safe and sustainable. But their business practices are deplorable. So, this makes me glad.
